Like roots beneath the soil, not all growth is meant to be seen.

There are seasons where your work is not to push forward - but to deepen.

I created Rested Roots as a space for that kind of growth.

Through gentle and restorative yoga, you are supported in slowing down, listening inward and allowing your body the rest it needs to restore itself.

Because when your roots are supported... everything else can grow in its own time.

My work as a teacher is rooted in a deep, ongoing commitment to the practice and study of yoga in its fullest sense.  My role is not to push or perform, but to hold space—so you can reconnect with your own inner wisdom, at your own pace.

Beyond the physical shapes, I honor yoga as a living tradition—one that carries rich philosophical teachings, a meaningful history, and a pathway toward self-awareness and liberation. I weave these elements gently into my offerings, inviting you to experience yoga not as something to achieve, but as something to return to.
